§ 158.068 EXEMPTIONS FROM LICENSE REQUIREMENTS.
   A licensed electrician shall not be required for any wiring in or on a home and accompanying outbuildings owned, occupied or to be occupied by the person performing the installation, alteration or repair of wiring, devices, appliances and appurtenances, providing the Inspector deems the person qualified to perform the work and the person obtains a permit as required by this subchapter.
