After an electrical permit has been issued and the fee deposited, no additional work shall be included. In cases in which additional work is to be installed, a new permit shall be secured and the fee paid, except when additional circuits of wiring, additional sockets or fixtures, or additional units for heat or power are installed, and on which inspection has been made on the original call but not included in the permit, the fee for the additional work shall apply.
