§ 158.033 DEVIATION FROM REQUIREMENTS.
   In cases of practical difficulty or unnecessary hardship, the Electrical Inspection Authority is hereby granted discretionary powers to permit deviation from the provisions of this subchapter, provided that such a proposal to deviate is first submitted for proper determination in order that health and safety requirements, as they pertain to electrical equipment, shall be obtained.
