§ 154.007 FAILURE TO MAIL NOTICE.

The requirement for mailing any notice required to be so mailed shall not be a jurisdictional requirement for the making of any special assessment or any special assessment roll. Failure to mail any notice required shall not invalidate any special assessment or special assessment roll.
