A garage, storage shed and/or basement, or combination thereof containing at least 480 square feet of floor area shall be located on the same site as the mobile home and be constructed according to the same standards as for single-family housing in accordance with applicable city adopted codes and ordinances. Occupancy of the mobile home shall not be allowed until the completion of both the mobile home and garage, storage shed and/or basement, or combinations thereof.
