A mobile home must be installed on a permanent foundation as required by city codes and ordinances for single-family residential housing. Wheels and axles shall be removed. A crawl space of not less than 24 inches shall be provided between the bottom of the mobile home and the ground level. The crawl space shall not be utilized for storage purposes.
