To insure compatibility in appearance with single-family housing in the neighborhood a mobile home shall meet the following design requirements:
(A) Roof. Must be pitched minimum 3:12 slope and shingled with a roof overhang of not less than 6 inches on all sides. Roof must be permanently attached to the mobile home and supported by the mobile home, not by exterior supports. Additions and accessory buildings may have flat roofs that need not be shingled.
(B) Exterior walls. Must have wood, aluminum or vinyl siding and/or brick facing for all exterior walls, including additions and accessory buildings. All siding must be placed in the same direction, except that minor variations for styling purposes may be approved by the Planning Commission.
(C) Eave troughs. Must be provided where appropriate.
(D) Ceiling height. Minimum 7-1/2 feet for all rooms.
(E) Steps. Must be permanently attached on a concrete pad connected to the exterior door areas or to porches connected to the door areas where a difference in elevation requires the same.
(F) Doors. Must have a minimum of 2 exterior doors.
