§ 152.11 ORGANIZATION; RECORDS.
   The city’s Planning Commission shall annually elect 1 of the members to serve as chairperson and may create and fill such other offices it deems appropriate and necessary. At least 1 regular meeting shall be held in each calendar month. The city’s Planning Commission shall adopt such rules as it deems necessary for the conduct of its business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations. The record shall be kept in the office of the City Clerk and shall be open to public inspection.
