§ 152.07 REMOVAL OF MEMBERS.
   Upon written charges, and after a public hearing, a member may be removed by the City Commission for misfeasance, malfeasance, or nonfeasance in office, provided however, that the ex officio City Commission member may be removed at any time by a majority vote of the City Commission.
