§ 151.11 ABATEMENT OF NUISANCES.

Any swimming pool installed, operated or maintained in violation of provisions of this chapter shall constitute a nuisance, and the city may, in addition to the penalties set forth in § 10.99, maintain any proper action for the abatement of such nuisance.
