§ 150.06 CONSTRUCTION AND ALTERATION OF PERMANENT DOCKS, WHARVES, AND THE LIKE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to construct or alter any permanent dock, wharf, seawall, revetment, piling or fill in without compliance with all federal, state, and local statutes, laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to such activity.
