§ 150.05 NO ANCHORAGE AREA AT MOUTH OF BELLE RIVER.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to anchor any watercraft in the following area at the mouth of the Belle River: beginning at the south-easternmost tip of Catholic Pointe then due south for a distance of 300 feet; thence due west to the shoreline of the St. Clair River; thence north along the shoreline to a point due west of the south-easternmost tip of Catholic Pointe; thence east across the mouth of the Belle River to the point of beginning.
   (B)   The prohibition shall not apply to commercial vessels unloading materials at the McLouth Yard.
