(A) For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GAME. Both birds and animals of a wild nature even though confined or bred in captivity.
HUNT. To seek, harry, pursue or take any game.
TRAP. To seek, harry, pursue, confine, take or entrap any game by means of any trap, snare, bait, hook or other device.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person at any time of year to hunt or trap any game of any type by firearm, bow and arrow, spear, dog, traps of any kind, poison, baited hooks, chemical explosives or in any other manner.
