§ 135.03 THROWING OF OBJECTS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or propel any snowball, missile or object from any moving automobile.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or propel any snowball, missile or object toward any person or automobile.
