§ 132.04 POSSESSION OF TOOLS OR ARTICLES USED FOR STEALING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession any tool or instrument used for the commission of burglary, larceny or for picking locks or pockets, or any articles used for obtaining money or property under false pretenses and who cannot give a good account for the possession of the same.
