§ 131.02 JOSTLING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for a person to jostle or roughly crowd people unnecessarily in a public place.
   (B)   A person who violates this section shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction, and shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99 of this code.
