§ 118.27 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION.
   (A)   Any vehicle license issued under the provisions of this subchapter may be suspended by the City Clerk or revoked by the Commission, if the vehicle shall, with the knowledge and consent of the owner, be engaged in illegal business in violation of any ordinance, state or federal law, or in violation of the terms of this chapter.
   (B)   (1)   Any person being aggrieved by reason of the conduct or action of any such owner or driver may present his or her complaint to any police officer.
      (2)   The complaint shall be promptly investigated by the Police Department and the license of any person complained of may be suspended by City Clerk upon recommendation of the Chief of Police.
