§ 117.40 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JUNKYARD. Any building or parcel of land used for the purpose of storing, buying or selling or in general dealing in junk as commonly called including rags, old rope, paper, bagging, old iron, old brass, old copper, old tin, any other old metals or any used articles constituted or made of the same, including but not specifically limited to old automobile parts thereof.
