§ 117.24 RECORD OF TRANSACTIONS; COOPERATION WITH POLICE.
   All junk dealers shall keep a record or book written in the English language containing the name, residence and description of all persons from whom purchases are made, along with a description of the merchandise purchased, and the date of the purchase. Each junk dealer shall upon the request of any police officer, exhibit all goods bought or received, and give the name, residence and description of the person from whom the same was purchased.
