§ 117.23 BUSINESS WITH CERTAIN PERSONS UNLAWFUL.
   No junk dealer shall purchase or receive any articles:
   (A)   From any person under the influence of any intoxicant including drugs; and
   (B)   From any person under the age of 17 years, without the written consent of a parent or guardian.
