§ 117.22 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   No junk dealer shall purchase or receive any articles except:
   (A)   Between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and
   (B)   On any Sunday between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
