For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
JUNK DEALER. Any person engaged in the business of keeping a junkyard or engaged in canvassing any stores, manufacturing places or residences for the purpose of collecting, buying, trading in, selling or dealing in junk as commonly defined including the above named articles.
