(A) Every article purchased or exchanged by any secondhand or antique dealer shall be retained by him or her for at least 15 days before disposing of it, in an accessible place in the building where the articles are purchased and received.
(B) A tag shall be attached to the articles in some visible and convenient place with the number written thereupon, to correspond with the entry number in the receipt book.
