§ 117.05 RECORD OF TRANSACTIONS.
   (A)   Every secondhand or antique dealer shall keep a separate book to be known as the receipt book, which shall be open to inspection by any member of the police force, and in which shall be written in the English language at the time of the purchase or exchange of any secondhand or antique article, a description thereof, the name, description and residence of the person from whom the same was purchased or received, and the day and hour when the purchase or exchange was made.
   (B)   Each entry shall be numbered consecutively commencing with the number “1”.
