§ 117.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SECONDHAND OR ANTIQUE DEALER. Any person engaging in the business of purchasing, selling, exchanging, trading or receiving secondhand articles of any kind but shall not be deemed to include any person duly licensed as a junk dealer nor to any person operating as a used car dealer.
