§ 116.05 REFUSING TO LEAVE.
   Any peddler or solicitor who enters upon premises owned, leased or rented by another and refuses to leave the premises after having been notified by the owner or occupant of the premises, or his or her agent, to leave the same and not return to the premises, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
