§ 115.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICE. A video game, pinball machine, skeeball machine, motion picture machine, shuffleboard, miniature pool table or any similar machine, instrument or contrivance which may be operated or set in motion upon the insertion of a coin or token.
   COIN-OPERATED MUSIC DEVICE. A piano, radio, phonograph, jukebox or any similar machine or contrivance which emits recitations, songs, speeches or music upon the insertion of a coin or token.
   DISTRIBUTOR. Any person who places coin-operated amusement or music devices in any place or establishment, excluding an owner as herein defined, for operation.
   OWNER. Any person who owns, operates or conducts any place or establishment in which any coin-operated amusement or music device may be operated.
