§ 115.09 DESIGNATION OF NUMBER OF TABLES, ALLEYS OR DEVICES.

Each license issued under this subchapter shall designate the number of pool or billiard tables, bowling alleys or coin-operated amusement and music devices permitted hereunder, and no licensee shall keep or maintain more tables, alleys or coin-operated devices than permitted by the license.
