§ 115.04 OBSTRUCTIONS TO VIEW IN ARCADES AND POOLROOMS PROHIBITED.
   No poolroom or arcade licensee or his or her agent shall permit on the licensed premises any obstruction of the public view by the use of drawn shades or blinds or screens, either permanent or movable.
