No person shall open any poolroom or arcade before 1:00 p.m. on Sundays or between the hours of 11:50 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the succeeding morning on weekdays; and no person shall keep open any bowling alley between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day.
