§ 114.17 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Any spirituous, vinous, malt or fermented liquor, liquids and compounds, whether or not medicated, proprietary, patented, and by whatever name called, containing 0.5% or more of alcohol by volume which are fit for use for beverage purposes.
   PERSON, FIRM or CORPORATION. These terms, as used in this subchapter, include any person or legal entity of whatsoever kind or nature, either charitable or profitable, that desires to have or is already possessed of any license issued by the State of Michigan for the sale and dispensation of alcoholic beverages pursuant to a liquor license of any variety within the City of Marine City.
