This subchapter is established to cause the greatest benefit to the City of Marine City in its use of the powers with regard to the issuance, transfer, renewal or revocation of liquor licenses within its jurisdiction. This subchapter is established in order to provide an orderly and non-discriminatory procedure for the review and approval by the city of any and all requests for liquor licenses or any matter relating thereto, for the sale or dispensation of alcoholic beverages within the city. Each person, firm or corporation who desire the license, approval or renewal of the same, shall comply with the provisions of this subchapter.
