§ 112.99 PENALTY.

A person who violated any provision of this chapter, or the terms or conditions of a permit, is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, and shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99 of the code. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the remedies available to the city in the event of a violation by a person of this chapter or a permit.
