§ 111.04 NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR INITIAL APPLICATION.
   (A)   Upon receipt of a completed bed-and-breakfast license application, the city shall notify all property owners within 300 feet of the bed-and-breakfast operation’s proposed location.
   (B)   The notice shall inform property owners of a 14-day period for comment to the city regarding the proposed operation.
