The annual fees for a bed-and-breakfast license shall be prescribed by resolution of the City Commission for the whole or any part of a year and shall be paid at the City Clerk’s office. Applicants for a license to operate a bed-and breakfast establishment shall complete and submit an application and shall submit a site plan of the single-family dwelling unit that illustrates that the proposed operation will comply with the city’s zoning ordinance, as amended, with the terms of this chapter and any other applicable City codes and ordinances.
