§ 111.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a bed-and-breakfast establishment, as defined and as permitted in the zoning code, without first having obtained a license. This chapter shall not apply to hotels, motels, motor lodges or rooming houses doing business within the city.
