§ 94.05 LICENSE REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMERCIAL ANIMAL ESTABLISHMENTS, ANIMAL SHELTERS OR VETERINARY HOSPITALS.

No person, partnership, corporation or entity shall operate a commercial animal establishment, animal shelter or veterinary hospital without first obtaining a business license in compliance with city ordinance, and presenting the required county/state license.
