§ 94.03 LICENSING REQUIREMENTS OF DOGS AND CATS.
   Any person owning, keeping, harboring or having custody of any permitted dog over 4 months of age within the city shall obtain a license for each such animal as provided in the St. Clair County Animal Control Ordinance.
