No person shall:
(A) Obstruct any roadway, lane or sidewalk in any park;
(B) Injure, mar or damage in any manner, any monument, ornament, fence, seat, tree, shrub, flower, playground equipment or other public property within any park;
(C) Sit upon, climb or otherwise engage in play on any structure, statue, memorial or vegetation not specifically designated and provided for such purpose;
(D) Operate any radio, television, phonograph, tape recorder or other such device in such manner as to create noise that disturbs others;
(E) Engage in any loud, abusive, boisterous or otherwise disorderly conduct tending to create a disturbance or annoy others;
(F) Construct or maintain any item or structure within a park;
(G) Dump, deposit or leave any bottles, rubbish, waste, garbage or other trash within a park other than refuse accumulated through lawful use of the park left in a designated trash receptacle;
(H) Throw or cast any stones or other missiles within a park;
(I) Camp or establish temporary lodging; and
(J) Start a fire (except in such places provided for that purpose).
