(A) A certain document, 3 copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, being marked and designated as the 2003 edition of the International Fire Code, as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the fire prevention code of the City of Marine City in the State of Michigan for the control of buildings, structures and premises as herein provided.
(B) Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the International Fire Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 92.16.
