§ 91.52 ORGANIZATION.

(A) The Board shall appoint a chairperson and secretary from among its members, shall take minutes of all Board meetings, and may appoint such other officers as it deems necessary.

(B) The Board shall appoint one of its members who shall act as liaison with the City Manager and City Clerk and shall limit its communications to these city officials.
