§ 91.49 TERMS OF MEMBERS.
   The term of office of members of the Cemetery Advisory Board shall be 5 years. Members of the first Board existing hereunder shall be appointed for the terms of 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years and 5 years respectively, and annually thereafter 1 member shall be appointed for the term of 5 years.
