The City Commission hereby declares that efficient and economical operation and maintenance of the city cemetery will benefit from the creation of a cemetery advisory board to offer advice and assistance to the City Manager in matters relating to the city cemetery and that it is for and in the public interest that a cemetery advisory board be and is hereby created.
