§ 91.28 TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No person, other than city employees in the performance of their duties, shall drive any vehicle of any description upon any part of a city cemetery other than roadways established by city personnel.
   (B)   The speed limit on all cemetery roadways shall be 10 mph.
   (C)   All other traffic laws of the city that are applicable to the operation of vehicles on city streets, shall be strictly observed.
   (D)   A person driving in a cemetery shall be responsible for any damage done by the vehicle.
   (E)   (1)   No persons other than city employees in the performance of their official duties shall operate any type of off-road vehicle within any part of the city cemetery.
      (2)   Off-road vehicles shall include snowmobiles, 4-wheel and 3-wheel all terrain vehicles, motorcycles not equipped so as to legally travel upon the highways of the State of Michigan and all similar recreational motorized vehicles designed to travel off road.
