§ 91.27 GENERAL REGULATIONS; MALICIOUS MISCHIEF; TRESPASS AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   No person shall:
      (1)   Enter a cemetery except through an established gate or entrance;
      (2)   Deposit rubbish or debris on city cemetery grounds, except at places so provided;
      (3)   Commit any malicious mischief, damages or trespass upon the grounds, buildings, enclosure, burial spaces or graves in any city cemetery nor upon the roads or walks therein, nor deface, damage or in any way whatever injure any of the graves, vaults, monuments, tombstones, paling, fountains, gates, fences, bridges, seats, or signs or otherwise commit any desecration within any city cemetery;
      (4)   Pick or cut flowers or shrubs, except on his own burial space, or cut down, injure or disturb any tree or shrub; or
      (5)   Remove any properties or things from the cemetery, or otherwise interfere with the same, without right and without permission of the City Manager to do so.
   (B)   No person shall moor, dock or tie up watercraft for any period of time whatsoever against, or on, the seawall fronting the city cemetery.
