(A) All cemeteries shall be closed to the public:
(1) Between the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. from April 1 through September 30; and
(2) Between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. from October 1 through March 31 of each year.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, other than authorized personnel of the city, to be present in any city cemetery during the hours the cemeteries are closed.
