§ 91.06 CONSENT OF CITY REQUIRED FOR SALE, TRANSFER AND THE LIKE OF CERTIFICATE.
   No sale, transfer or assignment of the certificate of any lot shall be valid without the consent of the city and their approval endorsed on the conveyance. It must be clearly understood that cemetery lots cannot be bought and sold as other property for speculation.
