§ 91.03 INTERMENT; AUTHORITY OF SEXTON; DIGGING OF GRAVES; CHARGES.
   (A)   All interments must be made under the direction of the sexton, who will have entire control of the digging of graves and all matters relating to burials.
   (B)   The Sexton must be notified at least 24 hours before a burial is to take place, and if on a private lot, the location of the grave must be designated when notice of the burial is given.
   (C)   All graves will be dug by the employees of the cemetery or the city.
   (D)   When bodies are removed to other cemeteries, the charge for raising the bodies will be the same as the interment fee.
   (E)   In all cases of interments the charges include only the opening, closing, filling and seeding of the grave.
