§ 90.175 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMPLETE STREETS. A design principle to promote a safe network of access for pedestrians, bicyclists and motorists of all ages and abilities.
