§ 90.104 REVIEW PROCEDURE.
   All operations for which a permit is granted pursuant to the terms of this subchapter are under the direction and supervision of the City Manager or his or her designee. If a permit is refused, suspended or revoked, the applicant may within 10 days of the denial, suspension or revocation appeal that determination to the City Commission. The City Commission may, after proper notice to all interested parties, conduct a hearing concerning the refusal, suspension or revocation. After conducting the public hearing, the City Commission may either affirm, modify or reverse the decision of the City Manager or his or her designee. The decision of the City Commission is final.
